    On 11/27/2023 we had an appointment with Arcon to come clean our chimney. *** shows up early and scrubs inside of chimney, never went to the roof to check charged us ****** cash. We gave him the money and was waiting for reciept when we were told that it would be texted to us . We never got it and when we went to meet the guy at his business he called the police and said he didnt know who we were yet I have him calling me back. And how and who is the guy who showed up at my house. And how did he get my address. This companys owner has like twelve businesses in the past . How can he keep robbing people and getting away with it? And under a business

      I have not served this customer, fake customer.He was trying to get a receipt from me and i informed him i cannot give you a receipt if i have not performed any job for you. He was harrasing me at my business place, i had to call the cops. He fled when the cops came. Thanks

    Hello there,this is my second response and im writing this again on their previous message that whenever i go for service anywhere i always set up our appointments on text messages do they have any conversations or any history or phone call history with me,they have tried to make money from the management and they also tried to collect $300 from me as well,they also said that i have cleaned their chimney at 9:30am on 11/27/2023 but i was in the bank at *********** at 10:15am on that day,how can i clean their chimney and be at the bank within half and hour,i also have all the receipts of bank that i was with them at this time,also cleaning chimeny almsot takes me almost 45 min,they also trespassed on my house and they collected all my information and my home address phone number from their neighbors and they ate trying to make fake receipts to scam me and make money from it,i have family and kids i would never do such things for only $300 have you ever gotten any complaints or such things heard about me in the past,if this is the case i would have to hire attorney to look into this case ,
