I would really like to appreciate the work done by **** and ****** at my home from undercover systems where they have install the undercover system without any issue they have checked everything twice the clean, the place, and at the same time they try to help explaining me each and every detail that I have been asking. they were so professional, and then an excellent job.Undercover Systems by People Come First Construction Group

5 starsUndercover Systems installed their deck system on our 2nd story deck in May 2022. We have a nice patio below the deck that was previously unusable for most of the year, and we had lived with the problem for many years. We were hesitant to use Undercover Systems initially because it's not cheap, but we had not seen anything else that looked as good and that would keep water-to-wood contact minimized. And we had to wait nearly six months for install due to Covid supply recovery issues. In the end we feel it was worth the wait. The material is very high quality, of a heavier gauge than I expected. The installers, **** and ******, were great. Being a longtime homeowner, I've learned it's best to be present while work is performed, and I was very impressed by the crew. I appreciate they were willing to pause to answer my questions, and there are always questions. Also, we have some odd angles on our deck and **** had to work some tricky geometry to get the water flow right, but it all works. Total job time was 4 days. Job site was clean every evening, and in the end they spent time to explain the warranty process and how to do minor maintenance. Very happy with the results.
