      I hired ****** from Restoration Pro to remove and replace the insulation, plastic cover, and ground vapor barrier under my house.****** Texted me at work to let me know that he finished the job on September 15th.I did not check under the house. I just trusted that he had finished the ****** October I realized that there was something wrong with my heating system. On October 22nd Cozy Heating came out to check the furnace and heating system.They informed me that I was missing a 16 foot long section of furnace ducting. I crawled under the house to see for myself and it was indeed missing. I have a picture of it in place from before Restoration Pro came out to work on my house.While under the house I also discovered that the insulation was still exposed and falling off in places because they had not installed the insulation plastic cover as stated in the bid.Also I discovered that the ground vapor barrier was haphazardly placed.I contacted ****** immediately on October 22nd. He responded 2 days later that he would take care of it. I eventually hired Cozy Heating to come out and replace the missing heat ducting because ****** kept ignoring my texts and it was freezing cold.I continued to text ****** several times regarding finishing the job and he finally responded on November 13th with "We will get it done this week." I have not Heard from ****** since.

      We are DisasterPRO Restoration, and not Restoration PRO. We have never done any services for this client.

      Please remove this complaint from our BBB, for this complaint was file against the wrong restoration company.

      I received a call from Disaster Pro and they informed me that I had filed this complaint against the wrong company.  Oops.  My bad.

      I was trying to file a complaint against a company called Restoration ********

      So sorry for all the trouble.  Please have this complaint deleted.
