    Let's start with the products themselves. It's astonishing how little regard Fiberlay has for the quality of the materials they sell. Resin with faulty test results? Check. ********** cloth rolls that look like they were hacked at with a blunt instrument? Check. Selling subpar products to customers is not just unethicalit's a blatant disregard for integrity and consumer safety.But the real horror show begins with the managementor lack thereof. The so-called "human resources" department is nothing more than a facade, failing miserably to address the toxic work environment fostered by Fiberlay's managers. I witnessed firsthand a manager verbally threatening an employee, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation. And if that wasn't bad enough, this same manager thought it appropriate to make sexual comments about women and racist remarks about customers of color. It's sickening to think that such behavior is tolerated, let alone condoned, within the walls of this company.It's abundantly clear that Fiberlay is nothing more than a shady operation looking to make a quick buck at the expense of quality, integrity, and basic human decency. Save yourself the headache and heartachetake your business elsewhere. Fiberlay's products may be cheap, but the toll they take on your conscience and reputation is far too high a price to pay.
