      1/15/2024, $2500 We were shown a sample of a vinyl flooring that we liked and decided to have it installed. We hired a person to install it and when he brought the boxes to us on 1/15/2024, he had an open box and pulled boards out for us to see. There was a huge discrepancy in the colors of each board. There were only a couple that matched the original sample and all of the others clashed and did not match well at all. It seemed as if they were all from different products. We then peeked at the other boxes through the open part and they all were a mismatch just like that one. It looked terrible. We asked our installer to return it the very next day undamaged and in it's original form/packaging as when he picked it up on 1/15/2024. On 1/16/2024, our installer was told that there would be a 30% restocking fee that was not disclosed to him at the time of purchase. It should have been a straight return since it was only one day and there was no damage or change to the product. Our desired resolution is to get a return and not be charged a restocking fee.
