      We HIGHLY DO NOT recommend Cressy Door. They installed the Napoleon Fireplace insert, with plenty of safety and installation issues. Buyer beware of this company shady business.1. Fireplace gets super hot, almost impossible to use. Everything you put on the fireplace mantle will melt, and you cannot touch the mantle. Your hands will burn. Cressy Door's manager utmost rude refuse to help regardless many attempts request made kindly by us.2. The installed outside glass and inside reflective glass is filled with machine oil marks. You cannot see the fireplace when turned on its like a nightmare. ******, the manager owner at Cressy Door, asked us ****** as homeowners to remove the glass and clean the insert yourself. We are homeowners, not professional installers. By the way, this is a brand new install. Expect ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE from ******************** Door Fireplace in ******* 3. These are thiefs, not professional installers. Bad representation of Napoleon Fireplace Manufacturer Their good staff resigned and we are left with no service just hit and run $$$$$$ greedy Cressy Door Company.Save yourself the trouble we are going through and purchase from another professional fireplace company instead so you don't have to deal with cheating nightmares and installation problems. Paid so much money for brand new Napoleon Fireplace that we cannot use. Imagine how you would feel, gathering at Thanksgiving and Christmas by a new fireplace that you cannot use because cheating companies like Cressy Door refuse to fix the glass and excessive heat because it's all about the $$$$$$$ for ******, owner manager at Cressy Door. Sad, this day and age bad greedy companies exist to put customer last and profit $$$$$$$ first.
