    I had a flood that completely destroyed my bathroom. NW Builder came in an rebuilt the bathroom better (including the bathtub which they put a bar into which I needed due to a recent surgery). They were all terrific, including the plumber who helped me in deciding not to use one company that was trying to rip me off (there was nothing wrong with the pipes this one *** wanted to replace). I was completely freaked out (first surgery, then the flood) that they did a lot more than they had to, in some cases dealing directly with the insurance (insurance slowed everything down not NW Builder). They also did a fantastic job re-doing the ceiling of my kitchen which is below the bathroom. Liked them so much, Im using them to do some other work on my home which has nothing to do with emergency work. Never worked with a better more honest company than NW Builder. These ***s really are great -they are patient when working with you and are very honest.

    Northwest Builder Group repaired our home after a fire a few years ago. In the end there was a defect with the repair, however when they were made aware of it they honored their warranty, which I'm told is rare in the industry. As such, we're ultimately happy with the service provided.
