    Im deeply frustrated with the repair process for my brand-new homes countertop. After noticing scratches during my new home orientation, I contacted your team to address them. While one scratch was repaired, the second required a follow-up visit.During the follow-up, your technician buffed the countertop so aggressively that it created a visible indentation in the surface. When I pointed this out, the technician spent an additional four hours trying to feather out the damage. Unfortunately, when I returned home later that evening, the countertop was in far worse condition:Significant hazing across the surface.The shine stripped from large areas, leaving an inconsistent finish.The indentation remained, along with new, more significant issues.When I reached out to ****** to express my concerns, his response was dismissive, stating:We did Tresidio a favor by attempting to repair a top that was scratched after the home was delivered. We normally charge $250/hr for such repairs and do not guarantee it will be 100%. My tech has spent over six hours at your home for a $1500+ total service. We will not try to do further attempts to repair. On Monday, we can send you a quote to replace the top.This response is unacceptable. Your technician caused more damage than the original issue, and the suggestion that I pay for a replacement is deeply upsetting. This is my first home, and seeing my countertop in such poor condition during the holidays is disheartening.I am requesting that your company take responsibility and replace or professionally restore the countertop at no cost to me. This situation does not reflect the integrity or professionalism I expected. I hope you will take prompt action to resolve this matter.Sincerely,***** *******
