    - date of transaction: 08/01/25 I employed this company's services to install both a countertop and backsplash. Although the countering task was completed without too much issue, the company's measurements for the backsplash were incredibly way off from our existing cut in the dry wall. This is an especially unfortunate miscalculation since they created a smaller hole, rather than fitting to the one already prepared.The worst part of this situation was when I attempted to rectify their error. The company outright denied any responsibility for the incorrect measurement, attempting to point the blame at me instead. This is not only unprofessional, but it's frustratingly unhelpful considering the circumstances.I have also been met with delays after delays when it comes to fixing this issue. Moreover, there's no penalty in place on their side, which just further proves the lack of accountability on their ******* incident particularly stands out in my mind, it was when I had to deal with one of their sales representatives, *****. Our conversation was most unpleasant, marked by a terrible attitude and a clear unwillingness to help a customer in need.All in all, I am honestly taken back by the lack of efficiency and professionalism displayed by this company. They might offer countertop and backsplash services, but they definitely do not offer good customer service or admit their mistakes when they are clearly in the wrong.
