    We had work done in February 2023 and in June 2023 had heavy rain that showed a patch of the new gutters that were leaking. I messaged TL Solutions (which apparently is now All Star Gutters) on Thumbtack and texted him. No response. I messaged again on Thumbtack a few months later. Then I tired again in October. He responded finally and said he hadn't been on Thumbtack (even though I had also texted him twice) and asked me to share what happened again. I texted the pictures again. Nothing. I texted him again in November and still no response. In April 2024, I finally had my husband call his cell phone. He talked to him and asked him to text pictures, which he did.... again. And we never heard from him. He was responsive when he was trying to get hired to do the work, but when a (probably small) problem with the work emerged a few months later, he has completely ignored us. Now he has an automatic message on Thumbtack that he is out of business. Do not hire.

    Charged my 85 year old mother $3000 for 2 hours of work and at most $100 in supplies. Then proceeded to harass her for full payment for the cost of full gutter replacement.
