    I requested for a moving service with this company last month and four unprofessional came to help for moving. They did not prepare for enough supplies (such as cloth or blanket to cover furniture) to handle our furniture. Here are what they had damaged while moving. 1. They step on our plants and two plants were dead. 2. They dragged two mattresses on a concrete floor, and both were damaged. They did not cover our furniture with cloth or blanket entire time, they damaged our tv stand and a console table. 3. There was a hole in the wall by hitting it with a sofa. They did not even apology what they had done but only cared about money. Before moving I did get an estimate which I agreed to pay, but I paid $200 more for tip and lunch. They asked me to pay $200 extra on top of what I paid which I didn't. They complained the whole time saying that we had too much stuff to carry and too many stairs. I had already shared our address before moving. They saw the pictures of my house (inside and outside) and they knew there would be some stairs. I had a horrible experience with them, and I would not recommend to anybody nor use their service in my life.
