      Good ********************** packed and loaded customer items on 3/17/2025 in ******** **, on 3/19/2025 we delivered to Prineville OR.  ********* completed entire move, all background checked and qualified through Chipman Relocation and *************************************** On 4/3/2025 customer advised his firearm was missing, WE DID NOT TRANSPORT THE FIREARM, THE CUSTOMER DID.  The customer waited 16 days to advise us of a missing firearm. On 4/3 We asked for the information and if Police Report had been filed.  No response from customer.  On 4/7 customer was left a message, no response.  On 4/9/2025 I(Chipman) called the ************************** and asked if report had been filed, was advised customer filed on 4/9/2025, I have attached the report.  Per the report, customer was contacted and advised the serial number is needed, as of today 4/29/2025 no one has received that serial number.  Customer claimed $500.00 on Police report, the claims form he sent us says $1500.00.  We still have yet to receive the serial number.  Our protocol has been followed.  The only information we keep receiving are emails calling us crooks etc.  If this is a registered firearm the serial number should not be a issue, you would have that information.
