      The company was delivering cabinets to my next-door neighbor, after the delivery. The truck was backing out of their driveway and hit my mailbox. This was inSeptember 2024. Ive made several phone calls and emails. None of my calls or emails have been returned. I keep getting told the manager is not in. No one has been able to resolve this issue.

      - Transaction: September 2022 - Amount paid: $4,000 - Service provider: Tempurpedic (mattress), CBC (delivery) - Complaint: CBC does not answer the phone, does not respond to emails, and provides a 13 hour delivery window. I paid for this service as "white glove" and have had to do all the leg work. At a minimum, this business should pick up the phone and return calls.
