    Purchased 2 scissor lifts via ****. One lift is clearly defective and will not always retract from extended position. Of course the pre-sale condition report indicates a fully functioning machine. Spent several weeks attempting to resolve. Seller finally agreed to refund, however I would need to deliver machine back to them at my cost plus provide them with my banking info for them to presumably issue refund after delivery. First, it would be foolish to provide bank account info to a company that clearly cant be trusted to even provide a honest condition report. Secondly, if I spent the $700 to return machine then Im left with zero collateral, and additional $700 loss.. plus Ive shared my banking information with a company I dont trust and one that may never reimburse me. Additionally, I suspect it likely the machine would just be resold without repair to another unsuspecting buyer like me. After my experience, I began questioning the 100% rating on **** and discovered **** apparently owns a significant portion of Bidadoo.. which may potentially explain why **** indicates a 100 % positive rating when clearly consumers posting reviews on bbb and other consumer reporting outlets may paint a different picture. Based upon the volume of Bidadoo, its reasonable that some errors will be made, however how a company handles those errors directly portrays the ethical underpinnings of a corporation. The fact a corporation elects to place the cost burden of their errors on a buyer is unacceptable and definitely doesnt influence me to consider recommending Bidadoos or eBays services in the future.

    Unbelievable the customer service representative was rude, abusive and yelled at me on the phone. I called to make payment on an auction and the shipping. When I was going to pay they started upcharging me for all types of accessorial charges. Even though the Shipment was going to a business, with a forklift. Classic bait and switch move after I already purchased. Never doing business with this company again.

    I was bidding on an item that was listed as a NO RESERVE item from the Bidadoo seller on ***** I was definitely getting a deal on this item and was obviously excited that this was a no reserve auction. However, I was beat at the *********** even after I put a higher max **** When I looked at the winning buyer's bid history it is very obvious that this account is used by bidadoo to purchase their items back that aren't hitting their selling goals. The account has 30+ winning bids in the last hour of the auction each with only 1 bid on the item all with the bidadoo seller account. Obviously the work of a bot. The same item was also posted immediately after again for the following weeks auction. What are the guidelines against bidadoo doing this? I dont plan on buying from these guys anymore but this should also be illegal when they're staying there is NO RESERVE!

    Scam inspection sheets. Dont buy a fork lift from them. You are better off buying somewhere else
