      We are so glad we started working with **** of Sound Pest Management a few years ago. **** is a customer service professional. **** takes the time to listen to our needs and we count on him to take care of our pest problems. **** is such a warm, likable person who is so very knowledgable about the products they use to eliminate the pests. Aside from the usual treatment to fend off the sugar ants **** went right into eliminating a Hornets nest that was a safety concern of ours. **** voluteered to return if the treatment was not fully successful. It appears to be working. Have not seen any sign of the Hornets today. Thanks ****! We always look forward to your visits.

      Prompt, knowledgeable, great prices, prioritized everytime, and the follow up is always there after treatment. Coty is always informative with instructions of after care. He always sets the precautions with do's and don'ts to keep the environment and people safe after treatment.

      )***** was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I'm sure it's not easy to tell someone that the clutter needs to be straightened out -- BUT he did it with ****** The wasps and hornets were gone the next day and I'm allergic so it was nice to go outside and sit without being dived bombed consistently.
