    UNPROFESSIONAL - TERRIBLE QUALITY - For a company who is handling our kid's photos? They should be ASHAMED! After delivering me a photo of my child with her eyes half-shut, for a school which would NOT be offering retakes (you'd think they'd really want to make sure that their photographers paid extra care to perhaps even GLANCE at the photos, before ******* them out... but, it's abundantly clear that the entire company just lacks care at ALL), I was given the option to take her to an elementary school for them.I had to figure out when those were for myself, because they never got back to me, when I repeatedly asked. Then, after having to pull her from her school, drive her there, and have them redone, they failed to deliver them to me, OR HER SCHOOL. So, lucky us... my daughter has a completely humiliating photo in the yearbook, to cherish FOREVER. But... what do they care? After all... they're not THEIR kids, and they still get their money, right?This place is such a joke. After reading the other reviews, I felt like writing my own was probably pointless. But, hopefully enough of them will save an otherwise unsuspecting school district, in the market for a photographer (and all of their families), from making the HUGE mistake of hiring them. They must do them for free, or something (since they completely rake us over the coals for hitting "file > save"), because I don't see HOW this "quality" won the bid. They clearly send any partially-functioning human, who can click a button on a camera (eyesight clearly not required), and staff their office with incompetents, as well.
