    I made a payment to my policy that was in cancellation status through the app. The previous call I had the rep told me that it would go to the policy in cancellation status before any past due balances once the policy was in cancellation status. The last payment I made through the app went through fine. However this time my payment was applied to a past due old policy for some reason. I intended to pay the policy in cancellation status as well as a little bit more towards the old balance because I am trying to chip away at the balance and had planned on paying the rest when I receive my taxes. The app showed me I was paying the correct policy but somehow it has been applied to an old policy causing my insurance to cancel. I was not notified this at all. No email notification, nothing. I thought I paid and everything was all good until I receive a letter in the mail stating my policy had been cancelled. Now I am unable to even go to work. Supervisor told me I would have to pay any past due and to start a new policy. Why would I pay almost 600 to not keep my policy active? I was told that my payment online would automatically go to the policy in cancellation pending status. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would like my money refunded. The policy the payment was applied to is NOT the policy that was selected to be paid. Therefore my money was applied to something I did not authorize. Your app is misleading and I was given the wrong information by a rep apparently. I made a previous payment through the app with no issues so I am not sure what happened here. I am extremely frustrated and can not believe this has happened. This has caused a major financial hardship for me and severe anxiety. I would like this matter resolved asap please. If a resolution can not be reached I will be forced to seek legal counsel. This is unethical, misleading, and a terrible way to treat your customers. Policy #********** was the policy that was supposed to be paid.

    We are not an insurance company. The person is complaining about Amica Insurance (************************************). Our company, Amica *** (**************************************), is a printing and publishing company. We do not issue insurance policies. Please inform the customer that they need to file their complaint with Amica Insurance, as we have no connection to their issue.

    Acima *************** fraudulently is reporting that I owe $795 to their establishment. I had purchased some furniture from American freight I purchased a bed that goes up and down like a hospital bed. After a few weeks almost a month the ********* malfunctioning. I contacted American freight. They said I should have a warranty. I looked in my paperwork and I got the warranty information contacted the company and I was not covered for no warranty for that bed so I contacted American freight made a schedule for a pick up up in Brookline ** where I was staying, they never showed up. I reach back out to the company again. They said they were shortstaffed and they would get to picking up the bed. They are just overwhelmed right now , I was in the process of moving out the home a few weeks before I moved out the home I reached out to them again to no avail. The company was going through bankruptcy because they had a staff shortage and other issues. They should have better communication with the companies they offer their service to. The business is currently Bankrupt and I moved and they never came to pick up Their merchandise
