  On 05/30/25 Palm construction called me on a spoofed number (not the same as their business number they gave for callback) multiple times. The subject was an online fencing appraisal that I never submitted. I blocked the spoofed number. Today on 06/03/25 they spoofed another number and called about this same fencing quote that I never asked for, I blocked the number but it doesn't block messages and they already left another message after the block today. It needs to stop.

  I have been receiving calls multiple times a day from Palm Construction stating that I made an online inquiry about having my home painted. I did not do so. I have ignored the repeated calls and voicemails but they persist in making repeated daily calls. I would like them to stop calling me.

  I recently sought help for a small landscaping job at my home. Palm Construction was one of the companies that responded, but after I had already hired someone else for the job. For the past two weeks, they have been calling me multiple times per day, with multiple representatives. I have ignored many of their calls and on other occasions have politely explained to their representatives that I have filled the job and need to be taken off their call list. None of these tactics have worked. All I want is for the phone calls to stop.

  Since February, I have been trying to get Palm Construction to remove all of their debris and fix all the things that were broken or done incorrectly. Instead the tried to send a final bill multiple times. They took ****** that was for the concrete, and promised not to cash the check before they fixed the concrete and sealed it, all of which is in the original bid. Palm Construction has misled (promised to fix), since February of this year. The deck is not waterproofed, fence not even, fence concreted to patio. stairs not to code. broken electrical wire sticking out of concrete. All of the debris and old concrete,(whish was promised to be removed) is still under the new concrete, and under ************ that had to be installed because they poured all the debris on top of the old lawn.It will be more than the ***** dollar refund to remove all of the concrete now, both the old and new. Have the deck and stairs removed to fix them correctly. then remove and lower the fence to its original position Please help

  ****************** has made several outlandish allegations against us.  Palm construction has done everything to possible to compete this project but ****************** has refused to allow us on the property.  He has even accused us for his wife leaving him.  He took gone to the state making accusations about is and each and everyone was closed with no action taken against us. 

  Please refer to photos of the fence.  There is NO drop off behind the fence.  He asked for a his fence to be exactly the way it is.  The painting has not been done because we are not allowed to return to the property.  We have tried to speak with ****************** but he screams and yells.  We want to finish permitting the stairs, but again he refuses for us to come back.  

  Please refer to the the photos of the yard that is not a mess, we even gave him additional grass and gravel.  

  Please refer to the photos of the patio lay out before concrete pour... you will see that that all previous concrete had been removed and it is level.  It is not 18 inches higher.  Please refer to the photos.  If you look at the cracks it is very suspicious that they are all near something that can be manipulated.  But we are willing to fill this in. 

  Electrical has been done and replaced with the materials.  ****************** would jump the gun before anything was finished. 

  Please refer to emails where the *********** released us from any wrong doing.  

  Debris is not on property... All these pictures ****************** has submitted are prior to completion of several areas.  We were always trying to reassure ****************** but he has it in his head that he was being ripped off.  

  As for collecting money, we received what was due on the contract stage payments.  We are still wanting to complete the work if ****************** will allow us to. However we will not allow our employees to be verbally abused.  

  We have never asked for money when it is not due. All the actuation's are misconstrued.  Again, anything ****************** has wanted done we have done.  We have also given him so many extras.  As for the claims to remove the concrete and the cost of $55,000.00 IS OUTRAGOUS. No one would ever charge that and would be crazy to pay that.
