This restaurant is very dirty and falling apart. The owners are clueless as to what goes on, or even how to run a business. There is so much cross contamination with the food prep and cooking, gloves are hardly worn when preparing food, a cutting knife is used for cutting meat then cutting vegetables while sharing the same cutting board, the workers put their bare hands in the salad bar and touch many ingredients while preparing food, the cooks constantly wipe their nose, sneeze, or cough and do not cover their mouths. There is mold and grease almost everywhere in the kitchen and back areas. The manager is usually non-existent, but when she decides to work, then she constantly says horrible things about the customers ans working. They are fraudsters and use STOUFFERS lasagna and call it their homemade recipe, they don't store or cover food properly. Employees do not get breaks, or lunches, and are given so many tasks to be done. There is no time given for a proper break or lunch because if a customer orders then the on the clock employee has to assist. The owners are worried about money, and profit margins, so only have one or two employees working. The schedule changes with no notice to employees. This place needs a serious check, or to just be put out of business for the better of the community and people.

While we are always open to constructive criticism, we want to address some of the inaccuracies in your review.

Firstly, we want to clarify that we do not claim that our lasagna is homemade on our menu. While we do use ********** lasagna, we believe that it is a high-quality product that our customers enjoy.

We also want to address the concerns about cross-contamination. Our staff is trained to follow proper food safety protocols and we ensure that all cutting boards and equipment that come into contact with raw meat are properly sanitized with bleach.

We acknowledge that our restaurant is in need of some repairs and that our owners may not be as involved in the day-to-day operations as some customers would like.

We also want to clarify that we follow state and federal labor laws regarding employee breaks. It is common for restaurant employees to have less structured break schedules due to the nature of the industry, but we ensure that our employees are given the breaks they are entitled to.

Finally, we want to address the comment about employees being asked to do too many tasks. While we expect our employees to work hard and contribute to the success of our restaurant, we do not ask them to perform tasks outside of their job duties.

It is clear by the nature of your complaint that you are a disgruntled ex-employee. While we understand that termination can be a difficult experience, we do not believe that this warrants a negative review of our restaurant. If you believe that any labor laws were violated during your employment, we suggest that you file a complaint with the *************************** of ***** & Industries.
