    Refund $64.99 not issued after a month. Have requested several times and still not issued. They use another app called "Shop" to make refunds and still not issued. Does not give process for refund after their shoes are not in stock.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my son over a week ago. They still have not been shipped even though they said they were in stock. I have called and emailed, even used the "chat" feature on their website (which is just a bot, not a real person), and I have received no response at this point. So far I am very disappointed in this company's culture and lack of professionalism.

    We ordered two pairs of shoes from Billys for my son who needs them for his leg braces. I returned them and contacted by email and voicemail that I had a new phone number. Nobody ever responded to any of my emails until today. they said they had been calling my old phone number even though every email I sent I sent my new phone number and now they are saying they will refund the money, but we should find a different company to buy my sons leg brace shoes! How is it the customers fault when I specifically left my new phone number eight times! They said I used different email address, of course I did! Because they wouldnt respond to my original email! And guess what? Every email I sent had MY NEW PHONE NUMBER on every email. My son has leg braces and these are the only shoes that fit! I called for MONTHS and NO ONE ever answered the customer service line, it only goes to voicemail, which I left as well. If anything I want to bring light to the unanswered emails, and voicemails. She could have emailed any one of my emails back saying that they were calling the old number, but if she would have READ my messages I gave them the new phone number! Id like to talk to the manager at this point. They said they will be refunding my purchase instead of changing the shoes out for the right size and basically said we werent a good fit for the Billys brand and to look elsewhere! Its not our fault ! Id like to give ********************** another chance but need to speak with management.

    purchased 6 pairs of shoes for my son and it took them 3 weeks to ship the order out. they didn't even bother reaching out to me and let me know that the order was going to be delayed. i reached out to the customer service and all they have to say is sorry but we had so many orders we couldn't handle the volume. well, i understand that, but they should have let their customers know that they can't handle the orders and it will take almost a month to have the order shipped, ta least that way the customer could plan accordingly and perhaps go elsewhere to purchase shoes. they just ignored my emails after initial reply - very disappointing!
