    On October 16, 2024, I placed an order for a pickleball paddle to be delivered to my apartment building. The total cost (including shipping and tax) was $170.49. On October 18, the package was delivered by ***** (tracking number ************) to a nonsecure location on the floor of my building's lobby, where it was stolen by a nonresident. I have surveillance camera footage of the theft, which also shows signage clearly indicating my building's policy that all packages for residents must be delivered to the package locker. I have made contact with Pickleball Central multiple times, and they have repeatedly broken promises to update me with the status of my refund request. They did tell me that the specific paddle I ordered is now out of stock, so I would be satisfied with a refund or store credit. Please contact me via email if you would like to see the surveillance video or require any other information from me, as I am unable to attach it here.

    The organization hosted a tournament, and during the registration process you had an opportunity to purchase a shirt for the tournament - at check-in, the shirts were not made available, and the staff person said they would be mailed. I have attempted to follow up with them multiple times w/o any response . . . they said a person would be in contact and there has been no contact or shirt sent. Not legal or ethical to charge for something and not deliver the goods.
