  The worst costumer service ever she cuss me out calling me b**** because I told her they are evil people for the prices calling some the b word at work is totally not okay

  Cheats. $760.00 for 3 miles from the *********** yard to there compound. . The car was hyjacked and *********** wanted to finger print the car . When the police released the car it was at Lynns towing when we went to pick it up the lady inside said $760.00. I tried to tell her the owner that **** police relived the car . At this point she informed me she didnt give a s*** she wanted her money and she did not care . When I started to say call and talk to the police She grabbed a taser a came at me irdering me and my family off the site . The police **** to be called . My Sun went in and *** to talk to them and she told him to get out and grabbed the taser and went towers him

  This tow company is a joke!! My apartment complex uses them as their tow company for any illegal parking, people parking in car ports ect. I have had to unfortunately contact them several times about cars parking in my paid for assigned carports. Usually its in the early morning since I have 2 jobs. Every time I call the guy answering the phone sounds like hes sleep. Every time I need them to come tow a car it a minimum of 2 hour wait when they are literally across the street from my complex and less than a mile. I m trying to understand how I benefit from paying monthly parking and when I need the Tow truck company I have to wait 2 plus hours to show up? Its not just once its EVERYTIME!!!! How can a tow company be the contact when cars are parked in another persons parking space and can not even get to the person calling in a timely manner! They are either understaffed or the *********** for all the apartments around her and cant manage it all. I cant imagine between 11:30-2am is busy time everytime I need them to tow a car out of my paid for parking space.

  This "tow" company is breaking the law and knows it. It is **************** law RCW 46.55.060 that (7) A registered tow truck operator shall maintain personnel who can be contacted twenty-four hours a day to release impounded vehicles within a reasonable time.(8) A registered operator shall provide access to a telephone for any person redeeming a vehicle, at the time of redemption. They refuse to do this and therefore are breaking the law. My van was towed last night for no reason, I was in my spot space 5 at **************** and all of a sudden my van was towed. We went immediately to them and saw they just put my van off the truck since there it was. The driver refused to help and said to call this number there is someone there. We called multiple times, left multiple messages, and no one picked up. This is illegal. Cops will be involved. They are straight up stealing cars from ******************** in *****
