    I recently had a frustrating experience with 3r Technology that I feel compelled to share. I purchased some items ( Order #**** ) I returned an item to them following their instructions, which included an email with an address and an *** form. I promptly mailed the item back, spending $37.15 on shipping fees. Unfortunately, **** was unable to deliver the package as the business's forwarding had expired. Digging deeper into the issue, I realized that the *** form they had provided me had an incorrect address.Seeking a resolution, I contacted 3r Technology and explained the situation, requesting that they cover the cost of reshipping to the correct address since I had already paid for the initial return. However, much to my disappointment, they refused and insisted that I should pay again for reshipping, costing me over $80 in total. To make matters worse, they also demanded a 15% restocking fee.I have attempted to reason with the company, but their unwillingness to take responsibility for the misunderstanding has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with 3r Technology, as their lack of customer-centricity and refusal to rectify their mistake has resulted in unnecessary financial burden and disappointment.

    The customer asked to return the purchases because they did not meet his needs. We only provide free returns for items that have functional issues. According to our written policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restock fee.  The customer agreed.  Instructions on how to do the return the items were provided an email.  It included the address where the return should be sent.  The customer received a *** form.  Unfortunately, the *** form had an old address. The customer shipped to that address and not to the address that was stated in the email sent to him. The item was returned back to the customer.  It was explained that return shipping would still be the customer's responsibility according to our policy. The customer was not satisfied with the solution.  Yesterday, an email was sent to the customer that offered a free return label.  And we agreed to waive the restock fee.  The customer did not respond.  The customer still has the option to return the item with no return shipping fee or restock fee.

    This resolution is satisfactory, once I receive the shipping label I will send the package back on it's way and await a refund. To the address listed as: "3R Technology, **************************  Suite E105  ****, ** *****"

    Please email the shipping label. It it too late in the day today for me to send it out but will do tomorrow as time permits.
