I am filing a formal complaint against Xceed Media for deceptive sales practices, false promises, and unfulfilled services related to a website and eCommerce business setup. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I am requesting a full refund of $26,800.I responded to an ad for a $67 program to start an eCommerce business, which led to an upsell for additional services. I was never informed about the total cost or hidden upsells. I was pressured into opening an AMEX card and upsold a $9,800 Platinum E-Commerce Website, a $9,000 digital ad package, and an $8,000 SEO optimization package from "Fulfillment Pro," all of which were presented as essential for my success. After signing the contract, the website was delayed, incomplete, and difficult to use. I had issues with product uploads so I had to manually enter products myself and I also had to enter meta titles and descriptions myself, which I was told would be handled for me. The marketing materials were generic and lacked originality, confirming the lack of value in the services. I found the templates used on Canva which is a free to use platform.Despite my efforts I haven't made any money at all even though I was told that I would in the beginning when discussing my goals that $5k per month would be easy.Despite these issues, the company only offered a partial refund of $3,760, which is grossly inadequate. The entire experience has been one of deception and frustration. I, along with many other customers as seen in online complaints, was misled by this companys aggressive and manipulative sales tactics. They promised results that were never realized. Unfortunately you don't know what you don't know. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the amount I paid and strongly urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this companys practices.

On October 11th of this year, I purchased their program. After my inital contacts which were ok and uneventful. I had an appointment for my first inital planning meeting. I work nights and had stayed up several ours for this meeting. I was never contacted. I received a call afterwards asking why I missed my meeting and trying to set up another meeting. I informed them that I never received their call. I called my phone service provider and had them trace the number that I was given. My service provider stated that he had no response. The number was a skimmer or something to that effect. It was something most scammers use to hide their identity. I then tried several other numbers and had to call them first. Since this time my wife has gotten sicker and I myself had additional health issues and I absolutely don't have the time or resources to even try to move forward with this process.

7-24-24 - Paid Xceed Media Group $12,600 to set-up an online business for me in 4 to 6 weeks 8-20-24 - Xceed Media said I needed a Digital Ad Package which was an additional $7,000 which includes website set-up, digital ads, social branding, & video ads 9-5-24 - I cancelled my service with Xceed Media as they failed to have my online business ready to go and asked for a refund of my $7,000 for the Digital Ad Package. They only refunded me $1,500 as they claimed the package was being worked on. Financially strapped, I accepted it.10-7-24 - I got an email from WebDesign at Xceed Media asking for approval of the desktop for my website and the content was not mine. Don't know why as I selected my products to sell during the onboarding phase with **** ***** ****** in August.I cancelled my service with Xceed Media on 9-5-24 and now on 10-7-24 after the fact, they send me an incomplete desktop to my online business. They failed to produce any of the products promised in the Digital Ad Package and therefore I should have been given a full refund of $7,000. Instead they gave me $1,500. I believe I am entitled to the remaining $5,500 for the ***************** they failed to provide. I printed and attached a copy of the 10-7-24 email. I also included a document containing greater detail regarding my complaint.

    Complaint: 22491783

I am rejecting this response because:

I signed an agreement with Xceed Media for $12,600 for which I was told that they would set up my online business and have it running in 4 to 6 weeks.

Training was provided by them, but in a very slow manner.  The training took place on Warhead (which are the copies they attached).  The copies they attached are documenting that I met with their **** for training.  I had only completed part  1 of the training and was just starting part 2.  However, I was highly disappointed because at this point they had not met their commitment to have the buisness operawting in 6 weeks (since I ws only starting part 2 training). They mention that I purchased product on Warhead - again a fallacy.  This was a sample site for me to pratice training on warhead and theere were all sorts of products such as beverages, etc on the site. I am not asking for the $12,600 for the training.  I will eat that since I used part of their product.

What I *** disputing is the $7,000 I paid for marketing products that they did not deliver - QR code, social branding, digitlal ad package, and video ad.  The email I received afterI cancelled my servicce with them, was asking for my approval so they could move forward. Since this was delivered after I cancelled service, I believe I am entitled to a refund of the marketing fee.  They gave me $1,500 which I took, because I was financially strapped with payiing for their service.  However, I am looking for $5,500 which will reimburse me for the $7,000 marketing fee for products they did not deliver.

As I stated earlier, I am looking for the reimbursement of the $5,500 marketing as what they have produced in documents on Warhead relates to the $12,600 training package.  As a military wife, I am hoping that the BBB will work on my behalf to get this refund.  Otherwise my only other recourse is to use the military alert network to put Xceed Meedia on their bad business list.

    Sincerely,

    Tui Yoh

On 7/22/2024 I answer an ad for infintiAI for $67 Then Xceed media contacted me about about a drop shipping program they have to offer. While talking to them I spoke with a guy named ******* ******. He talked me into opening an account with ****************. They made the program sound so good, with a website that was fully automated, the program which is warhead it was far from fully automated. On 8/27/2024 I called Xceed Media to cancel my website. I spoke with ***** ******. He informed me that they could indeed stop working on it. He convinced me that since I could not get any money back from the website, and it was done, that I should continue with the calls to complete the advertising and let the company launch. On 9/9/2024 I looked at the website and it does NOT look complete at all. In fact, it doesnt look like a custom website at all. It looks like a copy of a generic site with home, garden, pet supplies etc. when I am only trying to sell kitchen utensils, knives, small appliances and table settings. Of the products that are loaded, there are repeats. There are blank spaces. The products can only be reached via browsing, the search function does not even work. There are products in weird places, such as the stainless steal spreader knife is located under kitchen storage. 9/16/2024 Today I spoke with ****** ****** regarding cancellation. I tried to tell him about my conversation with ***** ****** and how the website was not complete. They sold me on a website that would be automated, but in actuality, I have to go to the website see if there has been an order placed-email the customer that I have received their order - then I have to go to the *** dropshipping website, purchase the item myself- then go back to my website and email the customer again to give them the tracking number that I got from ordering the product myself. This is way too many steps for me to consider this an automated website.

I am a senior citizen looking to make extra money because I live on social security alone. I saw an opportunity on ******** and talked to a company called "Online Media Solutions" aka ********************* aka Xceed Media Group aka Warhead - these are all the names they used while claiming I would be making up to and over 10K a month with a website they would build for me and all I had to do was process orders. They said this would happen within 3-6 months and it costs $20,000. I don't have that much money so they took my good credit (which is now bad) and got me to charge up what they needed on a credit card right there and then on the phone. Five months later, still not making money, in fact, I ended spending more money. They are crooks and need to be caught.

On 5/30/2024 I retained the services of Xceed Media for the creation, design, execution, launching and support of an e-commerce website/platform. I was charged $11,500 dollars upfront and was never provided with the website product, e-commerce platform, designs, support or any of the products/services promised by Xceed Media. All that happened was three video calls and a task list in the form of an excell sheet for me to basically do all the work myself. Xceed never provided me a rendering or sample website (not even a template), not beta test, and as you can see the fitnestrinity.com domain is not registered at all. Xceed media conducts business in a fraudulent way and is scamming and taking advantage of consumers and future consumers must be made aware that they will help you get a credit card so that afterwards you can be charged an excessive amount for work that they will never deliver.

This company is harassing consumers. I have received 15 phone calls from this number in the past 8 hours. They claim to be looking for someone who paid for their services. When told that I am not the person they are looking for they get really stand-offish and argue with me that I must be the person that they are looking for. I have asked them to stop calling this number and they just keep calling. I do not know if it is a high-pressure sales situation, but I wanted to report this company for this behavior.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Xceed Media Group for failing to deliver and believe their advertising is deceptive, does not deliver as promised as advertised, causing me significant financial distress. In Feb, I joined Xceed Media Group, attracted by their online advertisements promising an autopilot program that guarantees sales within 4-6 weeks for an initial fee of $67. The advertisements claimed that the process was fully automated and would earn me $1,000 within 30 days. My initial phone conversation with a **** from Xceed Media Group, was assured that I would begin earning within 4-6 weeks. Despite my concerns about the financial investment, the representative assured me that leveraging bank money meant I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Another **** persuaded me to invest further in advertising, leading to my acquisition of credit cards from AMEX and ************ supposedly without annual fees. Turned out to be false. And my 2 other personal credit cards. Initial Program Fee: $67, Website $9,000,Advertising/Digital Ad Pack: $3,800 SEO and Marketing Package: $6,500 (with a recurring charge of $49/month), Doba Supplier Initial Investment: $142/quarterly, plus $680 for a year. Credit card payments started in March.Despite these substantial investments, my website has seen no return on investment. I was promised top SEO rankings on ******* page optimization, audience targeting, and running ads, none of which have been delivered, has resulted in significant financial loss, mounting credit card debt, and a dramatic drop in my credit score from very good to low.I last communicated with a representative named ****** *****, who assured me that it was just a matter of time. Based on his assurance, I've waited months, but the situation has not improved. I am still experiencing the same issues with no resolution in sight.Iam seeking a resolution, including a full refund of my investments and immediate cessation of any recurring charges.

I am rejecting this response because:  As per their reply that they take matters seriously, I wanna question that, because most of the complaints with their company is the same as mine.  The separate entity  and transactions are made through them. The support staff are good but its the deceptive offer that they told me of having ROI in 4-6 weeks. I am a very patient individual but looking at the time frame, they havent fulfilled the service up to now. I was given a website and luckily I found out that I have the same website with another person and the only difference is our store name. Which I complained, and for only a few days, they made me a new one. How can we cancel their offer in a 3 day period if we havent tested the site? Same complaints as the others. Their ads stated that for 30 day we will start seeing ROI which is really deceptive, luring people to get in the program. I complained about it, that they should take that ads down twice as now I can see, it doesnt deliver as it says. Having this stress, financial burden is affecting our lives and health. Saying that acquiring capital for clients, they dont have information such as interest rates or annual fees, thats a lie. The person that help me said that these card do not have annual fees and 12 months interest free. Another lie. Everyone that complain here is having difficulty with the experience with their program. So disappointing that we experience this ordeal and difficulties.

    Sincerely,

    Complaint: 22021030

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I would have not made these complaints if the company had delivered what they promise to their clients, including me. They are making us liars, when in fact they lied to us. All that I've written in my first and second complains are what I have truly experienced with them. Not all of them are horrible, some of the people that work with them are nice too. But to make me like a I am lying of what is happening, it's totally rubbish. I explained everything. From my first purchased with their deceiving ads that works on autopilot and would gain ROI on 30 days? That's totally false and deceptive. From leveraging bank money, to getting and SEO and Marketing package to be on top of the search engine, and lastly Social Branding and Digital Pack. This is all from their suggestions and I did not make this up. I would have not known this as a first timer in business. They have business partners. That's why it is separate entity.  All of this comes from them, their suggestions. Yes, we have responsibilities to do our best, but they should honor their responsibilities and promises to us too.

I am not the only one complaining against what they are doing. It's just so sad that they would do this to us. There's no Integrity.

    Sincerely,

I was sent a link via ******** or infintiAI for $67 and the next thing you know exceed media is contacting me about some drop shipping programs they have to offer. While talking to them I spoke with a guy named ************ he talked me into opening an account with capitol one for $****** and once they knew I got the card they showed me how to get a digital card number so they could hurry up and process my card for you guessed it ******. They made the program sound so good but when you say the program which is warhead it was far from nice. The program is very cheaply built and hard to navigate. Upon receiving help through one of their associates I could only get 30 minute sessions to help build a website which couldve been setup in a one day session if the associate was available throughout the day. They never wanted to talk about return of investments and they dont offer you to see the products in which you will be selling until the very end. One was from Doba which sell very low quality product and most are not a name brand and has a high return rate which would negatively affect a drop shipping business. I was three weeks or more into the program and had not had a website complete to recieve any orders and I was having to pay my credit card which they ran for ****** dollars and had not even had a very cheaply built system from them only allowing 30 minute session. All associates other than *********** was very hard to understand and communicate with and they would just pass you on to another associate that was hard to understand. This company is clearly not a legit company with all the complaints they have had within the last 12 months and Im wanting to get a refund in full. In November of 2023, I began working with Xceed Media in order to begin an online business of selling fitness equipment for an initial investment of $7000. I was told that I would be making $10-20,000 a month if I followed their plan. They set me up with numerous people to establish different things (a business EIN, suppliers) and then said it would cost another $2000 for a 'digital ad pack' and 'social branding'. I was also introduced to Warhead, a design tool for the creation of a website. Another call came that said for $7500, I would be marketed to be atop the ****** search if someone were to look for fitness equipment. At this point, I was just trying to think ahead to the financial rewards. However, the training, follow-up, availability, and professionalism surrounding the creation of my website was a nightmare. Warhead is NOT an easy nor intuitive tool at all. Training videos did not help and the website consultant assigned to me was of no use either. Each time I called in for additional support, I was met with people who did not know anything and who rerouted me back to the person who was not helping in the first place.I have since pulled out and tried to get my money back and they offered me $2000...Did not know what else to do so that is the only thing I have recovered.I know I should have looked into them in advance, however they started out okay, but failed miserably with Warhead and the website. No one helped me to the point of launching the website. It was so far from not being ready and they were pushing me to get it up and running. I am angry at myself for not checking ahead of time and could not afford to put money on Credit cards, but they insisted that was the way to go. Please help me, if at all possible, to recover more of what I put into this venture. It was March and nothing had happened for $16,000.

    Complaint: 21479337

I am rejecting this response because:

I completely disagree that I was given what I paid for MOSTLY surrounding the website tool (Warhead) and the substandard training. With the exception of 1 person, I had trouble understanding the person talking to me due to a language barrier.  Further more when I called to get help on the line that was advertised as 'website support' the people answering the phone did not know how to help. Changes that I requested were only half done if at all. What I saw as a website in shambles they saw as ready to launch.  Even the dedicated person assigned to me was unavailable to me when needed.

From the start i was not happy with all the additional costs, but was told it was nessary.  One individual who called about SEO option was indignent and easily offended when I asked him to not try to sell me and to just get to the bottom line. I did not pay it right away needing to think about it and to try and find a way to pay. I was told to use credit, but that was not an option. He did not want to hear that and wanted to see my finances. Very rude.

yes I took what they offered because I felt i dod not have a choice, but have since rethought.  I spent $17000 and have nothing to show for it. The BBB does not have a good standing with this company so I am pursuing further compensation for a product that was inferior at best.
