    We used this company for their online waivers. We have cancelled our subscription with them after not using the program in 2 years. Our initial cancellation request from 2022 was not processed and because of that this company charged us an increased annual fee that we were also not notified of and they refuse to refund our company the funds.

    I requested a cancellation of my subscription over 4 months ago by filling out the provided cancellation link that they sent me in an email. Yet, I check my statements and they are still charging me. I logged into my account with them today (6/19/2023) to find the account as active with another charge upcoming on July 12th.
