    An indian Employee who barely speak english and was hard to understand from oxifresh location in ******** entered my home july 1 around 9am ish and attempted to clean my son floor from urine smell. The employee was in there 2 mins and was done sprayed my son bed with harsh dangerous chemicals and left and i complained and i was told they could come back out the same person and i dont feel comfortable nor satified with the original work after spraying my son bed and i dont feel safe with this guy and i was denied refund and calls was ignored.

    This is a repeat customer who had done cleaning from us on 2/23/24 and 6/30/24 for same 1 room and odor which he has always been satisfied with and never complaint. This time on 7/1 for the same service he complaint of odor being still there  and scheduled a redo on 7/3, unfortunately the technician today was few minutes late and when he called to inform that he is late, customer came to know that tech is an Indian origin tech and he asked to speak with manager . When he spoke with me he asked me to refund or he will report this - its our policy to do a re-do before we give a refund particularly when this has worked for him last 2 times - our tech is Indian origin but has been here for a long time and does bar tending and restaurant waiter job on the weekends, since we do not discriminate based on race and origin, we could not accomplish his request to send someone else or refund - I believe this is a case of changing mind because of racial discrimination as is evident in his start of the complaint- its unfortunate we still have people who think like this - my employee knowing this was also depressed and thinking of reporting this as racial hate incident. Customer was not open to resolving this amicably else we are still open to resolve this but we do not discriminate based on origin and cannot process refund because of that or under threat of false review reporting particularly when the has not been an issue last two times .

    Sincerely, I need a refund I am in the process of filing a civil suit against the company!!!!
