    The first drone i ordered was sent back as a result of the missing parts and i proved that to them by sending a picture of the return label with tracking number. The only drone i have is the replacement f100 drone. So what they are saying is not true. Here is the tracking number once again to the returned drone. Also there are attachments of the white drone they sent to me witch is the one i sent back. And a picture of the one i ordered on amazon. And that is the drone i have now. I don't believe that they are out of parts, I believe that they just don't offer parts for there products.

    The customer emailed us at the end of February that they ordered the F100 drone on Amazon.com but when it arrived it was missing accessories. We don't handle shipping for items ordered on Amazon.com so we don't know how Amazon's warehouse mixed up the order. Because we are out of inventory of the spare parts right now, we sent the customer a second drone at no charge that included the accessories and allowed them to keep the first drone they bought. At this point they have two drones for the cost of one. The customer then reached out to us in early March saying the replacement drone had a "defective" camera holder but otherwise was a nice drone. We do not have the spare part they want available so the customer is welcome to initiate a return of the drone to Amazon.com before the 30 day return period which is the 28th of March 2024, for a full refund and they can reorder the drone if they so choose. We would ask that the BBB removes this complaints from our public business record as it does not accurately reflect the situation or the standard of our customer care.

    Apologies for not seeing that the first one was returned to Amazon a month ago. Our suggestion at this point is to have the customer initiate a return in their Amazon account for the drone under order 112-5213551-7841846 to receive a full refund. Amazon will receive the drone and issue the refund automatically once the item is received. Please let us know if anything further is needed. Thank you!

    At this point, I'm not going to return the item "f100 Ghost Drone" for a refund. I guess that i am at a loss here. I Have been very transparent from the very start. But if you want to make it true of what you said in the last email from the bbb, and send a drone at no extra cost, You can. But if you don't, I will not worry about it.  I tried to give Force 1 the benefit of the doubt. Now i'm going walk away from this experience knowing that i was being as honest as i could possibly be.

    ***************** Because they claimed that they sent me a drone at no extra charge, but now they know that one was returned. why can't they just send a camera mount? But it goes to show that they don't pay attention to there emails. Because i sent them all this information before i ever contacted the BBB. They basically lied of me and didn't handle this situation well. I can't do business with anybody that's not honest. Any time i see the Force1 & USATOYZ logo attached to anything now, I will just move on. Thank You BBB for your help.
