    This service is horrible! I pay for this service through my employer. The 1st ******** I was referred to didn't specialize in my legal matter. I contacted Legal Ease and was told I would be referred to another ******** and would receive a call in 1-3 business days. Nothing. I called back and was given a new case# and told to wait 1-3 business for a call back. After 3 days, nothing. I called back, explained the situation and was told I would receive a call back in 20 minutes. An hour and a half later I called back, after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told my case was being escalated ***** should receive a call back in 1-3 business days. This is extremely frustrating. This has taken 2 weeks and no progress. I pay for this service through my employer. I am not getting the help I need.I highly do not recommend this place. It feels like I'm being scammed!
