    Hello *********, we apologize for the inconvenience. We informed your husband about the change order of the project and he did not proceed and this is why the project did not meet the industry standards. We understand your project was under budget but in the world of remodeling a change order can happen in the process. We really apologize about the inconvenience and we 100% communicated this will happen. We gave you a 10% discount and asked if you wanted approve the change order and you guys did not proceed. We really sorry in the other hand your bathroom remodel is being advertised and the feed back we get is that it turn out to be a beautiful bathroom. Check out the pictures in our website.
