    Within one month of installation by the Certified installer EurostyleUSA in June, both 9x12 door systems started to tear the gaskets from their jambs. The general contractor, ******** Custom Homes, was notified and no action was taken to address the issue. The lack of response compounded the torn gasket issue into a broken wood jamb. As the client we reached out directly in November (after 4 months of no action) and were told the contractor did not follow recommendations for wood systems, which is ironic since we paid a premium to use EurostyleUSA as the NanaWall Certified installers who should identify, notify and enforce NanaWall installation recommendations. We were also told that since EurostyleUSA nor ******** understood how the doors were tearing their own Qlon gaskets that if we paid the full outstanding installation cost they would then replace the gaskets. Being held hostage in order to get replacement gaskets, without identifying the cause of the issue, seems like a short term fix to a larger issue with the NanaWall assembly and/or EurostyleUSA installation.All of this is after EurostyleUSA initially installed the doors backwards so they folded open into the middle of the room in lieu of against the wall, and after the doors were delivered from NanaWall with the alignment tabs on several door panels upside down, reversed and/or out of vertical alignment with one another which resulted in unwanted holes in the edge of our extremely expensive new doors.When selecting a luxury door manufacture please take this review under consideration as you may think you have best in class, with extended warranty and support by using Certified Installers, but you may be left with a grand disappointment to what should have been a feature to show off.After 5 months, NanaWall, EurostyleUSA and ******** Custom Homes have left the client with two 9x12 wood door assemblies with torn jamb gaskets, a broken wood jamb trim and air gaps that leak cold winter air into our home.
