    My experience with MainVue Homes is disappointing as a home buyer, primarily due to the lack of professionalism and empathy from the sales staff. They didnt seem to prioritize customer care, and their communication felt transactional rather than helpful. The construction team, on the other hand, have been amazing to communicate with.Another issue I encountered was the $250 fee for special pricing requests (SPRs). This fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to move forward with the ***. It seems like an unfair charge, especially when youre still weighing such a significant decision.I would caution potential buyers to be very careful when dealing with MainVue Homes. Make sure you ask plenty of questions and fully understand all fees and policies before committing.
