    ******************************* built a covered play area for our school (Morningstar Montessori) and installed the play equipment. He also put the turf on the playground. During one of his visits the Building Official ********************* 8/22/2019, noticed that beams were bending and it was built without prior approval from the city. Once I was notified I got in touch with *******. He said he will get in touch with the Cifty of ********** officials and fix it. Nothing has happened yet. We have not used the playground for the past three years. We did not pursue this matter right way due to Covid .Dinicio visited ** a couple of times over the past three years and assured ** that he is in touch the City officials and resolve our issue right away. Nothing has happened. If ******** is not able to finish the job in a month we prefer to hire someone and ******** will have to foot the bill.

    I had a terrible experience with Seattle Pro Truf. In May ******************************************************************************************** 5 weeks and took 5 months (a month of this time was due to their inability to run water lines for the project, so their work halted and I needed to find another contractor). The Owner, ******************************* was the project manager but was rarely on-site leading to lots of confusion, delays, and rework with the Spanish-speaking workers. At times ******** was combative and threatening as I would communicate the issues with the work. I was required to pay 50% to start the project and 50% at completion. Due to the massively extended timeline, he requested some of the final payment so I provided half of the 50% final payment, leaving only 25% at completion. After much back and forth, ******** finished the yard but the requirement remained, and that was "a formal warranty for all of the work, the wall, turf, stairs, etc, along with who the turf company is, how can I contact them, what kind of turf was installed here in case something goes wrong." ******** communicated via email on October 7th, 2022 that he would provide this information on October, 12th 2022. He failed to meet that deadline. He again communicated via email on Monday, October 31st that he would provide this information. He failed to do so and has not communicated since then. I have one email from ******** on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 that notes the warranty but it is just a note.To resolve I am looking for:1. a formal warranty for all of the work, the wall, turf, stairs, etc.2. who the turf company is, how can I contact them, what kind of turf was installed here in case something goes wrong.******** and Seattle Pro Truf have been paid in full and have failed to communicate these simple requirements. I am also deeply concerned if there is an issue down the road they will not honor their warranty.
