    Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******* Store #****, located at ********************************************************** regarding a recent unsatisfactory experience I had with their mailbox services. Here is a summary of the events that transpired:On 09/22/2023, I visited *** to inquire about and subsequently purchase a mailbox rental service. I was assured by the staff that the mailbox's address would be functional immediately and was explicitly informed that the service would meet my needs.However, the very next day after renting the mailbox, I discovered that the address provided was not functioning as intended, which rendered the service entirely useless.When I called the store to express my concerns and request a resolution, I encountered extreme reluctance and unhelpfulness from their staff. I was informed over the phone that I needed come to the store for a refund. Based on this assurance, I arranged my schedule, even leaving my one-month-old daughter at home to make the trip. Upon reaching the store, I was told that a refund was not possible, there is nothing they can do.This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss. It is deeply disappointing that *** Store #**** failed to provide a basic level of service and customer support. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request the following actions from the *** Store #****:A full refund of the fees I paid for the mailbox rental, which has proven to be of no use to me.An acknowledgment of the miscommunication and false assurances provided by their staff.Improved communication procedures to prevent future customers from encountering similar issues.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will help facilitate a resolution to this matter, ensuring they take responsibility for their actions and prevent such issues from occurring in the future.I appreciate your attention and look forward to a prompt response.Sincerely,***********
