    My husband was promised by S that he would make money within thirty days and that he would provide all of the training. I listened in on the conversation and through the few weeks after my husband paid thousands of dollars for a website to be built, run and transferred to him-the phone calls kept getting rescheduled or were only a few minutes. These phone calls weren't training, they were five minute calls asking about my husband's day and to watch a link for training. When I spoke to S, he said that they would take care of everything and that my husband was required to open up an **************** card to bill for business expenses but what happened was he charged the credit card for a service and then another credit card thousands of dollars for the service to build and run the website, train and transfer it to my husband to begin his business. About two months later, the calls became less frequent and then they stopped. One day S called my husband to tell him that another employee was stealing thousands of dollars from the clients and even him. Yeah, that makes no sense because how does this guy's money get involved? S says for my husband to call his banks and dispute the charges. He did that and then Achieve Knowledge said they did the service but it turns out they were using a third party to run the website. They never gave my husband access or login information for the website, they never trained him and what they call training is five minute phone calls and this is not $5000! They seem to take any amount as long as they get their money. They did not fulfill their end.

    On 08/12/2024 ******* ****** contracted Achieve KI to build a custom website. (See attached service agreement) Achieve KI had been in contact with Mr. ***************** to him disputing all charges. Mr. ****** disputes were denied because all services were provided and Mr. ****** signed off that he received and was happy with all services that were provided.

    Mr. ******** wife claims that "her husband was promised by S that he would make money within thirty days and that he would provide all of the training" per our services agreement Section12.3 states

    Client acknowledges and agrees that the Services are provided on an as is and as
    available basis without any representation or warranty, express or implied. Achieve
    Knowledge LLC does not warrant that the Services will meet the Clients requirements
    or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Achieve Knowledge LLC also
    disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose and will not be
    responsible for any damages that may be suffered by Client from use of the Service,
    including loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions by
    any cause or errors or omissions. Clients use of the Services is at the Clients own risk,
    and Achieve Knowledge LLC specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or
    quality of the Services.

    ACHIEVE KNOWLEDGE LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RESULTS
    ACHIEVED BY CLIENT FROM USING THE SERVICES. Achieve Knowledge LLC
    DOES NOT REPRESENT OR GUARANTEE ANY INCREASED SALES, REVENUES,
    PROFITS, OR SUCCESS DUE TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO CLIENT. Achieve
    Knowledge LLC ALSO DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR SEARCH
    ENGINE RANKING, TRAFFIC, AND/OR PLACEMENT IN ANY SEARCH ENGINES.
    ACHIEVE KNOWLEDGE LLC DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO MAKE
    WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES ON ITS BEHALF THAT ARE INCONSISTENT
    WITH THIS AGREEMENT. TO THE EXTENT CLIENT BELIEVES THAT ANYONE
    ACTING ON ACHIEVE KNOWLEDGE LLC BEHALF HAS MADE A PROMISE,
    WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE INCONSISTENT WITH THE WRITTEN TERMS OF
    THIS AGREEMENT, CLIENTS SOLE OPTION IS TO NOTIFY Achieve Knowledge LLC
    PRIOR TO EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT AND TO REFUSE ACCEPTANCE OF
    THIS AGREEMENT.

    Mr. ****** initialed & signed his service agreement and no promises nor guarantees were made.

    Mr. ****** had been receiving technical support and training for the services he contracted Achieve KI for.
    Achieve KI has provided Mr. ****** with the services he paid for, his website and all services he purchased from Achieve KI were up and running prior to Mr. ****** filing disputes and BBB claim.

    On 7/25/2024 I spent $10,000 with Achieve and was told I would be getting a website built for me and i would be making money right away. On 7/31/2024 I then spent another $8000 on a website that i was told was ready to go and already making money. I have yet to make a ***** and after they get your money they stop caring. I have dealt with ****** ***** a year previous and was promised I would make money right away and never did. Achieve Knowledge is scamming people who are on social security and can barely make ends meet in the first place. They lie and say you will make money before your credit card payment is due. I have read the other complaints on here and they are very similar to mine. They quit communication with me until I filed a dispute on my credit cards last week and then all of a sudden ****** texts me and wants to talk. It is not ok what Achieve Knowledge is doing by taking advantage of people that are already struggling.

    Date of Transaction: 09/04/2023 Paid $3500.00 on my credit card.Achieve Ki representative *********************** was to set up a Wal-Mart Sellers account for me.Walmart refused the application.I told ************** would like a refund and he agreed. He said was mailed. Never received and he said a new check would be issued. I have never received a check.I have tried several times by email and phone to contact ****** and also the company direct. I have been unable to to communicate with anyone or receive any return communication.I am appealing to you for any assistance you are able to provide.Jo *****************

    I overpaid Achieve ki $5500. *********************** has been working with me. He has acknowledged this payment multiple times.He has repeatedly told me that the $1800 of the $5500,00 is in the mail. I talk to him several times a week. I have not received a cent. I feel I am being scammed and taken advantage for my age 72. For 3 days now he has not returned my calls. On a side note , I was fined $3500.00 for believing I was as scammed and I briefly stopped working with him , but returned working with him against my Banks advise. I am not selling a thing. I get repeated messages from Amazon that most products that I had listed are not acceptable. I wanted to believe and trust this company. I took a chance after being told by my bank to get out and made a terrible mistake.. I really need this money. Several banks are involved , all the cards that I have used to make these payments are now shut down. One bank discontinued services with us after 35 years of business. I was originally given provisional credit. All the money was given back to Achieve. However , when I decided to work with them again, I charged an additional $9,000. I was told I broke contract so $3500 of that money was my fine. . That did leave me with an additional $5500.00 I overpaid.and all that was given back to achieve .****** has all the records of the banks involved and has acknowledged many times that I was going to get a refund. Besides that I have no business and making no money March 3 was the last time they got money from me which was $3500. It was a provisional credit given to them , but I had already repaid money to reestablish. For 2 months there has been no action on sslling. All I get is messages the products are not allowed to be sold. We have not talk business for several weeks. It has all been talk that I was getting my money back.

    I received a message at 9:34 this morning from J C. , that I was getting a call from adm at 5:00 tonight and he would possibly talk to me at 5:30. I responded I was available. So waiting patiently I did not get a call. However in looking back at my messages, the message was gone and it was just my answer, yes, I am I am so overwhelmed with this. I dont know what this means.

    This letter is to inform you that Achieve ki has failed to perform as promised. September 2, 2022, Achieve KI was paid $3500 to set up an Amazon store and January 19,2023, Achieve KI was paid an additional $1500.00. March 21st, 2023, I sent Achieve KI an email requesting a non-performance refund in the amount of $5,000.00. I have yet to receive a refund.I was assured my total investment of $5000.00 would produce sales and income. I have incurred other operating expenses setting up my online store. There were zero sales generated. In my letter to Achieve KI, I reminded Achieve KI of elder abuse laws protecting seniors over 65, ************** of ******* Statute10 G.C.A. *****. I am 79 and my husband is 87. My husband and I are dependent upon Social Security. Please do whatever is necessary to address this problem as soon as possible.     This is in response to the complaint by ******************************* referenced above.  Mrs. *************;claims is that Achieve Ki allegedly failed to perform for her business and Achieve promised Mrs. ********************** style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> business would be profitable. After reviewing emails from ********************* stating that she was receiving sales and was happy from the service we were providing her we've determined that the service(s) she purchased had been rendered. ********************* contracted Achieve KI in September 2022. The written contract executed by ********************* states: 

    XII. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS.
    12.1 Under no circumstance shall Vendor be obligated to issue refunds once payment has been
    discussed, agreed to, and received. All payments for paid packages are
    non-refundable; Client will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of
    the unused services. Vendor does not refund partial months on any recurring
    month to month services. In the event where Client has rendered payment for
    one (1) month and cancels service before such month has ended, Vendor shall
    not be obligated to refund any payments already authorized and rendered,
    whether for the current month or prepaid months. Client recognizes that Vendor invests a substantial amount of finances, resources, time, talent, and fees paid to
    subcontractors, employees, third party service providers, and/or vendors in
    relation to Clients site.
    12.2 Occasionally, and only for special circumstances, and at the sole discretion of the Vendor
    (its members, managers, directors and/or affiliates), a store credit may be given
    for services (less any fees we have incurred on Clients behalf) for use in other
    approved products/services in which vendor offers. However, no refunds shall be
    issued or returned in relation to any and all work in which has been completed or
    for work that is in progress.
    12.3 Full payment is required and enforced through credit bureaus and/or collection agencies,
    unless provided otherwise in a separate written agreement subsequently
    executed or simultaneously agreed to with this Agreement. **** If Vendors
    chooses to suspend or terminate service due to Clients violation of Vendors
    policies, provided below, a refund will not be issued under any circumstances and
    the balance owed on
    Clients contract shall remain outstanding. Such policies include publishing obscene, sexual or
    criminal material or information that is inconsistent with public policy; failing to
    provide Vendor with adequate information to enable Vendor to perform services,
    and, including but not limited to using Clients Site for any other illegal purpose.
    12.5 By signing here, you are agreeing to our refund and cancellations policy.

    Achieve KI doesn't promise or guarantee sales, rankings or profits.
