      The Company is a Video game Company, they suspended their customers service, if their are issues in the game and you report them you get no customer service and issue is no longer resolved, they use automatic system to respond. I personally have submitted tickets that are already 1 month old and they put solved on it and nothing has been resolved, I have filed a complaint with the ************************ (***). On Playstation 5 I have over 100 errors from their game Ark Ascended Survival. They Disabled their customer service number, Now they Disabled their Email and help Ticket on their website. I Paid over 60 dollars to play, game price has dropped to *****, the company only cares about money and not customer base

      Cannot access support for the game that is still in development. I have paid for multiple DLC's and now am facing a permanent issue regarding my account and future ability to play the game.This started August 2nd 2024, it has been escalated today 1/15/2025 with the removal, banning, and accusation that i was trying to bypass.I have paid $44.99 for the game/upgrade I have paid $29.99 for the **** ***** Tall Tales DLC I have paid $4.99 for the *** Fantastic Tames - Pyromane I have paid $4.99 for the *** Fantastic Tames - Dreadmare The game is in early access so bugs and glitches are expected from the game and resolved, if needed, by the games support staff.I have accumulated ***** hours into the new game.I asked on the official forums why a 8 million dollar sale result was showing little signs of health when it came to the stock prices and suggested adding a battle pass to the game (which they did to mobile after posting it) and i was removed from being able to access the official forums, support, and community discord cause a staff members opinion was that of bad acting. I am unable to appeal the decision and it prevents me from being able to play the early access game when i encounter bugs that require help like today.I have been a member of the community discord since the game started. Long before it was acquired by the *************** *********. I was given this response to my request for help: "Server: *** Actioned by: <@517896198347161610>Action: Ban Reason: Alt account/ban ************ #*****Today at 8:35 AM"All i did was state who i was, the reason i couldn't contact support, my issue, and that i needed help asap and would go to social media if i was not helped.This game states that it is in early access but it is creating a environment that it doesn't have to support the player base if they are "punished".As a paying American, this is not ok from a foreign company offering service.

      Studio Wildcard and their publisher snail games blocked windows players from playing pvp mode. I paid for the exact same game as the people who play it on console and steam, but am unable to play pvp because their is no anticheat for windows. That was the reason they gave when Ark survival ascended first came out saying they would fix it. That was October 25th last year. There is still no anticheat added still no way to play pvp on windows and still no refund for false advertising that they would have a pvp mode. When you post about it on their forums they immediately flag it as spam and threaten to temporary ban your account for it. There are so many things that those 2 companies do that are just awful business practices, but the false advertising that id be able to play pvp on windows when i bought it is unacceptable in my opinion especially as we approach an entire year waiting. I do not want to go to court and fight a terrible company that probably would enjoy the publicity anyways. I just want to play the game I paid for that was advertised as something it is clearly not and appears to have 0 interest from its creators in setting it right.

      I play a game that takes up much of me and my five friends time. I was steadily putting in a large volume of hours until I hopped on after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital to find out I was globally banned. I was very confused and still am because I dont know what I did and if I did do something there was no warning. I have witnessed people online getting warned about violating terms of service and am unsure if I was doing something wrong why this treatment wasnt given to me first. I am a law abiding citizen and that plays a role in every aspect of my life. I want to be globally unbanned and an explanation/warning. I am not asking for a lot I just this further information and the resolution I have provided would be adequate.

      Hello, I purchased the video game ark survival ascended on Xbox almost a year ago. Just recently I joined up with a new tribe, about 3 to 4 weeks ago, and the tribe seemed to be legit. As in, they didnt cheat or break the rules. Well a couple days ago my whole tribe got banned and our progress was wiped out by a game developer/admin. When questioning them as to why, they said it was because one of the players in our tribe had cheats. 3/4 of us are on Xbox so its not possible for us to cheat. None of us had any knowledge of the ** player cheating. I made an appeal to have my account unbanned they denied it just restating the fact that I was in a tribe with someone who cheated. Well a couple days later it came to my knowledge that the people who reported him for cheating used screenshots from him from 4 months ago. During the time that the cheating in those photos had occurred I was not in the tribe, and it was on a completely different map in a different tribe. I made a new ticket today with a thorough explanation of my innocence explaining that I was not in the tribe when he cheated and that I wasnt involved in any cheating nor did I have any knowledge of him cheating. So it would be unfair and unjust to ban me. They immediately denied the appeal saying that they only review one appeal per account. So what they are doing here is literally robbing me of money and time. I spent money to play the game, and I put 1000s of hours into the game. They are now taking away all of that time, as well as preventing me from using the item that I paid for, all because of something that someone else did that I had zero knowledge of. The real life equivalent of this would be if you rented an apartment with someone, and in the middle of the night they killed someone without your knowledge, but you get thrown in prison for life simply for having lived with them. Its beyond messed up. Again they are unjustly revoking my access to a item that I paid for. Please help me.

      We are having issues with a server and their complaint department keeps giving B.S. automated answers that arent even answering or giving us time to answer before closing the ticket. first off as soon as i submitted the ticket it said it was already solved my original ticket said this:so i have been playing on this server about 2 months and played both ASE and ASA since they came out and I've come accept some but i have never seen 1000 ping consistently like this. i know there is a lot of factors that can cause it; tamed dinos, structures, boss fights, raising babies etc. but it seems like the when the server crashes or gets an unexpected reset, the lag/ server ping returns to normal for about the rest of the day. SO with that being said and i am nowhere near a server expert or pretend to know anything about servers but WE(the entire server) think that at the very least if you could restart the server daily would be a tremendous help. But if u dont believe me on the screenshot that i have attached go into the server list and click on ping we have the highest on official and only have 9 -12 people on daily there is something wrong with that if you could look into this it would be great please and thank you have a great day! i also included screenshot of the server ping and the conformation screen showing that i just sent it and it was already solved

      This is in regards to Ark: Survival Ascended. This game is trash. It crashes constantly and the game is literally unplayable. How this game passed any certifications is beyond me. They must be bribing the companies that do them. Doing any of the end-game world boss content is inherently stressful and worrisome because the game will likely crash, killing off all your dinos and causing you to lose all your hard earned gear. These issues have been present since Ark: Survival Evolved and are now in Ark: Survival Ascended. This company is more concerned about lining their pockets with people's hard earned money and then not giving any care or concern about the troubles their player base experiences on a regular basis.

      I purchased the new Studio Wildcard game ARK: Survival Ascended. However, this game is not as advertised. They advertised a stable game and it passed through certifications, though the issue is this game is not stable and extremely unplayable. I can not even play the game as it crashes every time I attempt to play. I have reached out to the company multiple times for technical support and have not once received a solution to my issues.

      Wildcard Studios has terrible customer service. I've never experienced worse customer handling skills than I endured when dealing with them. It is clear that there is an internal culture of distain and contempt for their paying customers. A representative that goes by GM ****** is a perfect example of this disgusting behavior.Their ticket system is completely devoid of any form of customer service. I submitted a request which was responded to with a canned response that was unrelated to my issue, and then my ticket was closed.I was then forced to open a second ticket to get my initial inquiry resolved, but was given the same automated response that did not relate to my issue. Yet again my ticket was marked solved and closed.This cycle is ridiculous and an inhuman approach to dealing with living, breathing, and PAYING human beings.So I then requested contact information from someone in the customer service department, as the ticket system had proven useless to get my issue resolved. Wild Card FINALLY responded by saying if I submit another ticket they will ban me from the ticket system and the customer support website, but they didn't provide me any contact information and marked my ticket solved.So when I requested again for the contact information for customer service, they banned me from further contacting them regarding my issue.I would like assistance in facilitating a full refund.

      This company makes computer gaming software and markets their products via services like Steam and ********** After playing on their public servers for less than week I was permanently ban from joining their servers. No warning, just a ban. Their reasoning was breach of community guidelines but, nothing more. How can a company take your money and do this?
