    On Feb 12, FixPro came out to my home to diagnose/repair my refridgerater. I paid $75 for the diagnosis and was told they could order the part no problem and that I would receive a quote with a link to pay a deposit. I received this quote the next day and paid $380 to order the part. On February 21, I called to check on the status of my order. I left numerous messages over the course of two days. Finally, on Feb 23, I was contacted by **** and told I would be given a refund. I asked if I would be given an email confirmation and was assured I would. On Feb 26, I called to confirm the refund. Again, no call back or response from this company.I want my refund of $380.

    The Company never returned any of my calls, but I did receive a credit for the full amount of $380, back to my credit card, which was the solution I had asked for. The lack of communication regarding my service order and the false claim that they are registered with the BBB on their website remain upsetting facts the public should be aware of.
