    I purchased my first Baby T espresso machine in November 2023 and unfortunately encountered several quality issues right from the start. Notably, the rotary pump and solenoids produce excessive noise when operating. The rotary pump has significant vibration, leading to the reservoir dislodging from its position.Concerned about potential internal issues, I removed the outer panels and discovered loose screws scattered inside the machine. To add to these concerns, in February 2024, while the machine was inactive, I observed smoke emanating from the electronics, resulting in a complete shutdown of the unit. Upon contacting Espresso Parts, they promptly replaced the machine, attributing the previous issues to shipping damage.However, my experience with the replacement unit was equally disappointing. Upon unboxing, I discovered yet another loose s**** inside the machine. This unit also exhibited excessive noise and vibration. Shortly after, I heard an internal component fall, upon investigation revealing a misplaced plastic washer.Despite these recurring issues, when I approached Espresso Parts for a full refund, they proposed a 20% restocking fee along with a $350 shipping charge for returning the defective product. I then published a review on Espresso Part's website which is not being displayed to other visitors of the site. This is the reason for my complaint. Espresso Parts only shows positive reviews on it's website and is deceiving customers.
