  The owners of this company, ***************** ******** and *********************************, caused an insurmountable amount of damage to our home in May of 2022. Over the last year we have made several attempts to collect over $10,000 in remaining deposit money that they owe us. We finally took them to court and entered mediation where they, under a law binding document, promised to give our money back to us. They did not follow on their agreement and the judge has now signed a default in our favor for $10,000. This company, along with its owners, is shady and willing to s**** over military members and their families. An electrician who did rework stated that a house fire was imminent sooner rather than later in our home. Further, the plumbing company that came in advised us that major foundational damage would have occured if they did not come in to rework the pipes. The new address of where their business is registered is *************************************************. This is where ***************** ******** was served his court paperwork.

  ***** DO NOT HIRE *****BE WARNED*****Most of their 5 star reviews are from family members! Not actual customers.I contracted these guys to build an attached awning a deck on my house. They did not pull permits or get engineered drawings required by ******** County. All of the work done is very sloppy, they did not properly secure my deck to the house, and the awning wasn't built to any sort of code. Not tied into load bearing wall, not correct spacing on truss, etc. These guys clearing don't know what they are doing. After showing them all of the issues I had with their work, they stopped all communication and would not give me my 7k dollar deposit back. Now I have an unsafe structure attached to my house, as well as an unsafe deck.I have filed claims against their insurance company and bond. Please read and take this review into account before and consideration of hiring these guys. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!Feel free to msg me on here if you want to see pictures or talk about the terrible work preformed. I own a small business here in ****, and this is not the way you conduct yourself as a contractor.THEY HAVE AN EXPIRED BUISNESS LICENSE AS WELL. ALL ATTACHED PICTURES ARE HOW THEY LEFT MY HOUSE.

  Im so sorry for the delay in response. The address we have on file is currently not correct so we havent received any mail. As for the emails we were waiting until we spoke with our outside resources before we have a proper response. 
   
  The issue with *********************** has been resolved. Our insurance company has paid him 75% of the money he gave us. With him agreeing that we deserved money for the 3 weeks we spent at his property even though it was not completed to his satisfaction.

  I am rejecting this response because: the money provided by the insurance was to fix the damage caused to my house. It was not to recover my deposit of 5k. They still refuse to answer my calls or texts. Next step will be small claims court to recover my deposit. They do not seem to understand the damage they have cause to my roof or my house, plus the loss of material for the deck being improperly installed. This issue is far from over.

  You gave us $5,700 to start and you received $5,000 back. Youre out $700.
  

  Also, we were KICKED OFF the property before we were finished. We never said we were finished with the project. So unfortunately there were issues that would of been fixed before we got done but we were unable to because we were kicked off the job and property.
  

  we are very unsure on why there is such an issue when you told us to leave. We had all the intention on coming out like we did for 3 weeks before getting kicked off and finishing everything. You kicked us off the job. Those pictures you took and all the complaints and L&I and attorney general and bad business reviews from 7 fake or random people never mention how you kicked us off the job before being able to finish the job. 
  

  how is it fair that you get to try and ruin someones business because you kicked us off the job before we could do anything. 
  

  you put us in a impossible situation. How are you allowed to kick someone off the job before they finish and then complain about how things are not fixed or broken or not finished? 
  

  You did this, not us. And you even got your money back and we only got paid $700 for 3 weeks of work.

  Again, like I have tried to explain to you guys countless times. The 5k that I am getting from you insircse company is to repair the stuff that you damaged. REPAIR not reimbursement   for the money that you gave you for the product I didnt receive. I paid you guys to build an awning and a deck, did you or did you not build the awning and the deck? Did I now give you 2 weeks after presenting issues with the awning that I knew would not pass inspection? Did I not? Where are my permits? Where are my engineered drawings? All the things in the quote that I was supposed to receive. I look forward to meeting you guys in small claims court to recoup my deposit. The fact you guys cannot differentiate between the damage you caused to my house be being incompetent, and the money I paid you guys to get something built is baffling.  Im left with a half built structure, that isnt even built correctly, and damage to my house.

  You dont respond to txt or phone calls. I was very clear I would not be backed into a corner. Im using all the resources available to me as a customer to make sure Im protected.

  Your casualty company agreeed you cause damage to my house, so you not thing the court will see it the same way? ****** claims court for my deductible and supine court to go after your bond.
