      Very sketchy! I recently replaced exhaust components on my vehicle and brought the scraps in to try and recycle for some value, as the piece had secondary catolytic converters on it. Multiple employees told me they were told by management they could NOT accept it due to internal changes in policy. The encouraged me that they could recycle it free of charge, however, if I just left it with them. I am active duty military and was in uniform at the time, so I trusted they would not openly try to scam me (I knew it was worth something). I returned the next day to recycle aluminum wheels and had a conversation with an employee about the car they came off. I recounted the past day's experience and how i esentially donated the cats to them because they "weren't allowed" to recycle them for money. I was approached by the gentlemen after completing the checkout and he apologized for the past day's experience, saying that they are not honest people and they should have purchased the recycled materials. He basically admitted that the business likes to scam its customers. Advise that they be held accountable for their dishonest business practices.
