***** serviced my class A rooftop ********************* 8, air conditioners. They had 2"'s of pine needles inside the cover from a fir tree that stands behind it. He was booked this week but he still got me Scheduled this week and with a holiday to boot in the middle of it. Just a service call $ charge. And just in time before the 90+ degree weather hit. The ******** are disabled seniors. And don't do well in the heat. They blow super cold now with 0 fan noise during shut down.

In July 2022, ***** of All Seasons Mobile RV Repair installed a water heater control board, a new window, and a new air conditioner in our **. Initially, ***** and his team were personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. We paid in full. As we got into fall, we discovered that the furnace did not work. The ** unit was not properly configured on installation to communicate with the climate control panel. After more than five months, several cancelled appointments, and many unanswered phone calls and text messages, ***** suggested that he would cut a hole in the wall adjacent to the refrigerator to install a manual thermostat for the furnace. I said that I wanted the problem addressed properly and did not want a random hole cut in the wall. I sent him a digital copy of the manual for the new ** unit showing the proper wiring configuration. ***** did not show up for the scheduled appointment and, once again, didn't call to cancel or follow up. We finally took the ** to a local repair shop. They diagnosed and resolved the problem at our expense. This was a warranty repair issue that should have been promptly and properly addressed by All Seasons. Over a month ago, I requested in writing that ******************** us for this expense. He has to date failed to do so and, true to form, has not communicated at all. While I do believe that ***** is knowledgeable and skilled, I absolutely cannot recommend him due to his lack of communication and responsiveness, lack of integrity and professionalism, and failure to resolve a warranty issue.
