Paulsons motorsports,With regards to my ** 500 Moto, That I had purchased from your dealership, reference email that was sent to me on August 2, 2022, your service department is not currently taking drop off service, quote from your email, so therefore we called and scheduled an appointment, for 10 AM on September 28, 2022, at that time you were told that I was traveling from ********************* **********, so therefore timely service was requested in advance,Item one, issues with your service guy, there was a s**** that had fell out of the machine, I handed it to him, his response was this is not a ** Moto screw, somebody mustve given it to you, in fact the s**** in question, is a throttle stop screw, which I regard as a warranty issue, poor assembly etc. do not appreciate being called a liar by your service guy,Item 2, the electronic steering system had thrown a code, and the machine died, but restarted and the light went out, no explanation for this, or corrective action taken, Service after the sale to make me feel warm and fuzzy, high regard this is a safety issue to,Item 3, with regards to appointments, is there some reason, that I had to sit in limbo in my pickup for over six hours for you people to do an hour and a half worth of work? lets face it 225 miles, at 12 miles a gallon, cost me roughly $125, my time that I receive for six hours would be $480,And then of course lets not forget about the $225 that I paid you for correcting your problem, which I doubt you did, machine takes 3 quarts oil you charge for 4 rip-offs Item 4, its nice to know that a person can buy a pile of trash from your dealership, which you had no problem getting paid, and you do not stand behind your garbage, nor does the ** Moto factory, screws falling out, steering issues, gearshift that are hard to operate, are all warranty issues, or your mechanical ability to assemble a product, my issues with these people will never be resolved very dishonest business Buyer beware
