2. Payment and Project Commencement A project is considered active once you have made the initial deposit or signed a contract agreement. All payments made to Web Trending Solutions in this regard are subject to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
3. No Refunds for Delivered Work Once work on a project has commenced and any service has been partially or fully delivered, no refunds will be made. We invest time and resources into your project immediately upon commencement, which necessitates this policy.
4. Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement If you choose to cancel your service agreement before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be less any non-recoverable costs that Web Trending Solutions has incurred in preparation for the project. This does not apply once the project work has started.
5. Recurring Services For recurring services such as monthly SEO or digital marketing plans, cancellations can be made with a notice period as specified in the service agreement. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once the service month has begun, but future cycles can be canceled without additional charges.
6. Quality and Revisions If issues arise with the delivered services, we offer revisions in line with the terms agreed upon in your project proposal. Our team is dedicated to working with you to adjust the deliverables to your satisfaction within the scope of the initial agreement.
7. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Web Trending Solutions management. Such cases are handled on a case-by-case basis and require documented justification.
8. Chargebacks If a chargeback is placed on a purchase transaction with your bank, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback, depending on the situation outlined by our refund policy.
