    Took 2 days to replace my tires. Then I received my car back damaged. Cost me several grand to fix the damage they didnt to my rim and tie rod..

    I went to this establishment to simply receive new tires and a alignment. I got the car back to later find my tie rod ends twisted and tie rod end boots ripped open and as well a power steering leak that did not exist before. They treated me like they couldnt have possible caused that when Im a mechanic and I know that the problems they caused are directly in the area they were adjusting. They didnt make any notes to tell me there was a problem and denied any association when I had a full inspection from multiple mechanics as well as a state inspection a week or so earlier to make sure everything was in good condition. This problem did not exist before taking my car here. I would like my money back for the alignment but even if I cant get that. They damaged my vehicle and refused to acknowledge any responsibility and they said they didnt do it and thats all there is to it. Everything was fine before taking my car here. I always check out my entire car once a week.
