    **** and ***** are a talented team and will provide you with the highest quality customer service. Not only do they have a wide selection of products to choose from; their design assistance makes the process enjoyable even for the novice home renovator. We had plantation shutters installed in several rooms and custom shades in the remainder of the windows. The house became our forever home with their assistance. You will not be disappointed.

    I had eight window coverings purchased and installed through this company earlier this year. I was very pleased with the end results. They were professional and worked hard to provide me with different options to fit my budget and to research the manufacturer's discounts and rebates. I found the experience to be pleasant, and the owners to have integrity and open, ********************* throughout the entire process.

    Beware. Bait and switch. Drags you along and then ghosts. Also received wrong items and 5hey wouldn't replace.

    ********-We are sorry you had a negative experience. Respectfully, we exercised our right not to do business with you after our fourth free consultation and recommended you to one of the other companies that you had a quote from. You did not purchase any products from us; therefore, the items you received and the replacements you want would have to come from the company you did business with.     They had to come out so many times because they never brought all the right samples, they didn't measure one of the windows the first time and one would come alone, and then they had to send the other because neither knows the business very well. They even admitted we were their first customer outside friends and family. It's interesting that they ghosted us after they said, after going to home shows, they had more business than they could handle. And getting multiple quotes when spending so much money is only a smart thing to do. Silly that they got offended
