    Brought vehicle in for a specific issue with my clutch. After having the vehicle in for nearly two weeks, they repeatedly quoted ever increasing problems with the car. Upon receiving the vehicle back, the problem was still not resolved after spending significant money, saying the issue was something else that they had only told me about that day that would require more money. This place exhibits text book bait and switch scamming practices. I do not recommend taking a vehicle here for any problem whatsoever.

    I took my Lexus LS 460 for oil change and when they completed it I had a 6 inch diameter oil puddle on my garage floor. Later that evening I had a fraud alert on my credit card I used to pay. I was told by bank I needed to cancel my card and because I needed my credit card there was an expedite charge. They told me the charge was in ********. The next morning I got a **** of America notice the charge came from a transaction at Precision Tune Auto where I had the oil change done. Since I had my corvette scheduled for oil change that day I asked for a discount for the issues on my credit card and they refused. When I got back in my corvette after oil change I nearly crashed it in traffic because the clutch failed. I told them about the clutch and they said it had nothing to do with them. I have had the car for 12 years and never once has the clutch failed now I can not drive because of clutch failure.
