      I've been Olympus Spa's customer since 2006 and it's tough to watch how their services are degrading while the prices increase. My 01/25/2024 visit was a complete disappointment. I arrived at 8:30 AM with my Daily Pass; the receptionist gave me back $5, explaining that the steam room was out of service. I wanted to start my other procedures but couldn't do it due to the cold water in *********. I complained twice about cold water in *********, but the receptionist said that cannot make the temperature higher, because of the cold weather (44F in ********, **). I said that I didn't want to continue and asked for a refund. At 9:30 AM they gave me a new Daily Pass, I returned $5 and said that I'll complain to BBB.Here is the list of poor services:The steam room is out of service.The water temperature in the soaking pools is significantly lower than promised 104F The temperature in the bathing/pool area is lower than 70F The hot water in the shower is for a short time only.
