    Sound Home Maintenance LLC made fraudulent charges on my credit card without my authorization and fraud charges on the invoice.

    I performed the annual backflow test and repair as requested by **** on 10/11/2024. He gave me his credit card information over the phone. I don't keep peoples credit card information on file. **** was emailed a copy of the bill on 10/11/2024. I have been doing the annual backflow test for him over 20 years. He has always paid late or complained about the cost. The test was due in January 2024, I stopped doing the test automatically because I was tired of dealing with him.

    He called me on October 7, 2024, and said Lakewood Water was going to cut off the water to the tenants house in 30 days. I told him he had to pay upfront for the service. He gave me his credit card over the phone and said do the backflow test. I performed the backflow test and repair as requested by him. I submitted the passed test report to Lakewood Water on 10/11/2024, and emailed the bill for the backflow test and repair.

    On 10/18/2024 **** called and said he received the bill for the backflow test and repairs. He thank me for doing the test and repair for him.

    Almost two months later, he disputes the charge for the backflow test ($80.00). He never called me to talk about the charge. I responded to his dispute he filed with his bank. Then on December 28, 2024, two and a half months later he files another dispute with his bank for the repair charge ($150.00).

    He is accusing me of charging his credit card without his knowledge. That is simply untrue. I am not sure of his mental status, he called me and basically begged me to perform his annual backflow test. Now he is trying to take the money back for the exact services I provided in good faith. An honest person would have called me if he could not remember why he paid for a service immediately upon receiving a bill.  Any logical person can read his complaint and form an opinion, **** has serious mental problems.
