      Ineffective. Wording/reports appear to conceal severity of environmental issues, vague description of remediation issues make it difficult for tenant/occupants to use reports to then provide clinicians with necessary SOW to then proceed with environmental/occupational treatment. Fails to follow its own recommended industry practices when providing home inspections in situations that have escalated despite remediation efforts and not taking into account occupant/tenant concerns of adverse health symptoms corrected with environmental exposure. Fails to prioritize the health, safety and wellbeing over the instruction of property management company partner.
