    My son called this company Saturday, 6/24, after locking his keys in his car to get a quote on how much it would cost for services. Dispatch asked him if he had full coverage insurance, and my son said yes. Dispatch told him he could submit the invoice to his insurance for reimbursement. So my son went thru with services. During the service, the Technician broke his driver side window switch by hooking it with his tool, causing the switch to snap upwards and no longer function. Tech finishes, and my son asked again about payment and he is now told by the 2nd person of this company, that his insurance will cover it under Comp. False. Although he has Comp coverage on his policy, he does not have Roadside Assistance, so he will not be reimbursed. I called the company Mon 6/26 to ask for a supervisor regarding the falsified information of insurance and for his window switch getting broke. **** says a Manager would call me by end of day. Nothing. Called Tues 6/27. Asked for *** was told he was not in office but he would call me by 2p. Nothing. Wednesday 6/28, I called company again 11am, was told *** would be in soon and he should call me by 2p. Nothing. So I called again at 3:30p. Was told *** was not in. I asked if there was a better number to reach Mng at since they are rarely in office. I was told no. **** told me that a Technician will call me in **** mins, then she hung up on me. Still no call.

    My sons girlfriend paid at the time of services. And I had to pay her back the total amount. 
    My son is over the age of 18. Does he need to be the ins to file this complaint because of his age??
