      I went to go place an order today due the app instructing me to as it would not let me add the payment method. And the guy who waited on me was attempting to charge me extra than what the app was charging me and would not honor the ******** free crazy bread combo. He was also disrespectful as well.

      I received the wrong order from the business on 12/9/23. I immediately tried to contact the business and the phone went to voice mail. I then contacted the companies customer service number and was told I would receive a refund within 10 days. I still havent received the refund after contacting the company twice.

      Store location #******* Order No. 598 I placed my order at 6:30. I was told to pick up my order in the pizza portal at 6:58. When I arrived at 6:58, I was told to wait a little longer. By 7:30, I was told they were just a little backed up. At 7:52 I was told they gave my order to a door dasher. I was not offered a refund nor was I offered a new pizza. I was told it was not their fault they had handed my order to a door dasher. They said there was nothing they could do and it was my fault, even though they never put my order in the pizza portal, nor was my name ever called out. Almost $40 was stolen from me at this location. I want a refund.

      After ordering food with my partner, *************************, for the amount of $36.28 I waited over an hour for the order to be ready. After waiting I asked for an update, I was notified that the order was given out to someone else without verification. I asked for a refund and they repeated that the order was already picked up. They would not offer a refund and I was not willing to wait even longer while other customers were also growing impatient.
